CleanClever is specifically designed to efficiently clean a wide range of sample vials, bottles and containers in many material types including PFA, polypropylene, PTFE, glass and quartz.
The principle behind CleanClever is the same as used with the EasyTrace Cleaner in that condensing acid vapour is used to clean impurities found on the surface of a vessel in which it comes in to contact with. The vessel to be cleaned is attached to an acid reservoir using a uniquely designed high quality PTFE sleeve. The acid reservoir is heated creating acid vapour that rises and condenses on the inside surface of the cooler vessel to be cleaned and washes down the vessel surface as it returns to the reservoir. This is a continuous process whilst the acid reservoir is being heated. Once the acid cleaning process has completed the acid reservoir can be replaced by another reservoir containing clean water. The process is repeated with water to rinse the cleaned vessel.
Use this CleanClever kit to add acid vapour cleaning capability to your EvapoClean and CleanAcids devices.
This CleanClever device can be used on any 25ml model of EvapoClean and CleanAcids.
This CleanClever device is designed for use with the Savillex 15ml vials with a Savillex 30ml vial (200-030-12) as the reservoir.
